Prerana Mahadev "Rinku" Rajguru (born 3 June 2001), is an Indian actress primarily working in Marathi language films, best known for her role in the film Sairat.[2]
Life and career
Rajguru was born in Akluj town of Maharashtra on 3 June 2001 to Mahadev Rajguru.[1][5]

She met the director of Sairat, Nagraj Manjule, in 2013 and he asked her to audition for the role. She won a National Film Award - Special Jury Award / Special Mention (Feature Film) at the 63rd National Film Awards for her performance in Sairat.[6]

In the Kannada remake of Sairat, Manasu Mallige, Rajguru reprised her role.[7]

She made her Bollywood debut with the 2019 Hindi film Jhund.[8]

Hotstar Special releasing new web series with Lara Dutta and Rinku Rajguru name is Hundred. Hundred is a comedy series in which Rinku’s character is named Netra Patil. The series was released on 25 April 2020.

ctor Rinku Rajguru is all set to make her Hindi and digital debut with the new Hotstar Specials series, Hundred.

Rinku, who gained nationwide fame for her portrayal of Archi in Sairat, will be seen in the action-comedy space with her character Netra Patil on the show.

anhvi Kapoor made her big Bollywood debut with 2018 film Dhadak. She starred opposite Ishaan Khatter in the film. Dhadak was a remake of a Marathi language film Sairat (2016).

Sairat starred actors Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar in lead roles. While Dhadak was a box office hit, Sairat had the best of both worlds. The film minted big bucks at the box office, becaming the highest grossing Marathi film of all times, and was also widely acclaimed by the critics.
