Farida Jalal (born  18 May 1950)  is an Indian actress  ஃபரிதா ஜலால் (பிறப்பு ஃபரிதா சாமி; 18 மே 1950) முதன்மையாக இந்தி படங்களில் பணியாற்றிய ஒரு இந்திய நடிகை. ஏறக்குறைய ஐம்பது ஆண்டு கால திரைப்பட வாழ்க்கையில், ஜலால் 200 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட படங்களில் தோன்றினார். சுயாதீன சினிமா மற்றும் முக்கிய பாலிவுட் தயாரிப்புகளில் அவரது பாத்திரம் சார்ந்த பாத்திரங்களுக்கு மிகவும் பிரபலமானவர், ஜலால் நான்கு பிலிம்பேர் விருதுகள் மற்றும் இரண்டு பெங்கால் திரைப்பட பத்திரிகையாளர் சங்க விருதுகள் போன்ற பாராட்டுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார்.[2] ஜலால் தனது வாழ்க்கையை தக்தீர் (1967) மூலம் தொடங்கினார். அவர் 1970கள் மற்றும் 80களின் முற்பகுதியில் பல திரைப்படங்களில் முன்னணி மற்றும் துணை வேடங்களில் நடித்தார். பராஸ் (1971), ஹென்னா (1991) மற்றும் தில்வாலே துல்ஹனியா லே ஜாயங்கே (1995) ஆகிய படங்களில் நடித்ததற்காக அவர் பரவலாக நினைவுகூரப்பட்டார், இவை அனைத்தும் சிறந்த துணை நடிகைக்கான பிலிம்பேர் விருதைப் பெற்றன. 1990 கள் மற்றும் 2000 களின் முற்பகுதியில் தாய் பாத்திரங்கள் மற்றும் வலுவான பெண் கதாபாத்திரங்களை சித்தரித்த பிறகு அ...

She starred in her first movie as a child artiste, Baby Farida, in the 1960 hit 'Chaudvin Ka Chand'. Thereafter she starred in a total of close to 130 movies as a character actress, and her roles included playing the parts of a a daughter, sister, a fiancée, & a family friend.
