ஏர் இந்தியா நிறுவனத்தால் சூழப்பட்ட இந்த புதுமையான உணவகம் நவம்பர் 27, 2017 அன்று திறக்கப்பட்டது, மேலும் உரிமையாளர்களை ஒன்றிணைக்க கிட்டத்தட்ட ஒரு வருடம் பிடித்தது.

How can an aeroplane be parked on a national highway and that too serving fancy meals inside it? Well, Runway 1 - is the name of a restaurant which was opened inside a plane. It’s the innovation that hits you first as there is no flashy sign. The Airbus A320 parked just off the National Highway-1 on Ambala-Kurukshetra stretch which was turned into a restaurant. After Hawai Adda, which is located in Ludhiana's Verka milk plant, Runway 1 is the second restaurant in India, where a plane has been turned into a eatery. The grounded aircraft was parked on a vacant one and a half acre plot owned by a Shahbad based business family. Let us take a look at inside images of the multi-cuisine restaurant:

Around 50 kms from Ludhiana, a father-son duo from Shahabad have turned the plane into a multicuisine restaurant.
The staff of the restaurant Runway 1 is diverse and is around 50 in all.

All the staff of the multicuisine restaurant dressed in attire resembling ground staff and crew members.

Junked by Air India, this innovative eatery opened on November 27 ,2017 and it took the owners almost a year to get it together.
