Smt. R.S. Isabella , Managing Director of the Bank, has an outstanding academic record to her credit being a State Rank Holder in Higher Secondary Examinations and also a Gold Medalist in B.Com., besides holding a Masters’ Degree in Bank Management (MBM) and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutions. She is the recipient of Best Student – All Rounder Award in College. She is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

She started her career in Karur Vysya Bank as an Officer in 1993 and has worked in various capacities in almost all key operational segments of Banking and specializing as a Credit Officer. She joined Repco Bank in the year 1999 and has handled important portfolios such as Credit, Information Technology, Accounts & Audit, Pension, Repatriates Rehabilitation and Human Resource Training. She was instrumental in introduction of Loan Origination System – online processing and sanction of credit proposals and establishment of Disaster Recovery Centre for the Bank’s IT Operations and introduction of Redundancy Leased Line for all branches. She is an active member of Credit Committee, Investment Committee, IT Steering Committee, Asset Liability Committee, Settlement Advisory Committee etc., She has a rich experience in banking for more than 2 decades and instrumental in formulation of policies and implementation of systems and procedures in key functional areas.

She also holds the following positions:

Under her leadership, the Bank received the following Awards for the FY 2016-17:  

“Best NPA Management” and “Best Youth Employee Strategy” among Co-operative Banks in the National Cooperative Banking Summit held at New Delhi by Banking Frontiers. 
“Excellence in Project Finance” for the outstanding work done in project finance during the Annual Construction Industry Awards 2016 function organized by “Kattumana Thozhil” at Chennai. 


Under her leadership, the Bank received the following Awards for the FY 2016-17:

Shri.P.Yogaseran, Chief General Manager, a Repatriate, started his career in Co-operative Department, Handlooms and Textiles, Tamilnadu Government as Handloom Inspector in the year 1984. With his vast experience in areas such as Co-operative accounting and inspection, he joined Repco Bank in the year 1990 as Officer. He worked in Branches for more than 20 years and later on in Head Office in various capacities. He has handled important Portfolio such as Human Resource, Accounts and Audit, Inspection, Training & Development, Insurance and Information Technology.

He is an active member of Credit Committee, Investment Committee, I.T.Steering Committee, Settlement Advisory Committee, Procurement Committee, He is a Managing Trustee in Repatriates Welfare Trust and Trustee in Repco Bank (Employees’) Pension Fund Trust.

He has good experience in Co-operative accounting norms and extensive exposure in Banking operations for more than 3 decades. He was instrumental in formulation of policies and implementation of systems & procedures in specific areas such as Inspection Policy, Information Technology Policy & Information Security Policy and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan.

Shri. B. Ravi

Expertise in managing various Divisions in Head Office viz., Accounts & Audit, Inspection, Development, Marketing, Insurance, Legal and Asset Recovery.
Rich experience in Banking sector for more than 3 decades
Member of Credit committee, Investment committee and IT Steering committee
Trustee of Repatriates Welfare Trust
Triggered the minds of Promotees and new Recruits in various fields of the Bank.
Taking utmost effort for the persistent growth of the Bank by equipping new generation of employees .

Shri O.M. Gokul

Shri O.M. Gokul is associated with Repco bank since 1992. He is a B.Com graduate from University of Madras with PGDCA and has completed CAIIB.

He has rich and varied experience in almost all key operating segments of the banking sector. He has held assignments in the areas of Branch management, Credit, Accounts & Audit and General Administration, in various capacities. He has been a successful Manager in all branches where he headed. Presently, he is an active member of Credit committee, Investment Committee and Settlement Advisory Committee.

He is also a trustee in Repatriates Welfare Trust, Repco Bank (Employees’) Pension Trust and Repco Foundation for Micro Credit. He is the specified person of the Bank for the Bankassurance business as per IRDA regulations.

During his tenure in credit management, he was able to implement computerized operations in Loan Processing. During his association with HR Department, he has been able to motivate, guide and steer the workforce to strive for more and achieve the results. In November 2015 he took over as General Manger – General Administration.

He is an avid cricketer and has a penchant for visiting temples.

Presently, he is General Manager – Administration.


Shri. A. G. Venkatachalam

Sri. A.G. Venkatachalam, General Manager started his career with Repco Bank in the year 1991. He has more than 25 years of rich experience in banking under various capacities. By qualification, he holds Bachelor Degree in science and law and also Masters degree in Arts. He has completed Diploma in AML, KYC and Micro Finance and also holding professional Degree of CAIIB.

He has good knowledge in Banking and has worked in different branches. He has headed Micro Finance as Project Director, RFMC and Director, RMFL. Under his leadership and guidance, both the subsidiaries have progressed very well and Micro Finance business has grown remarkably resulting in women empowerment.

He is presently heading Credit Division.


Shri. P.K. Vaidyanathan

Shri. P. K. Vaidyanathan, General Manager, joined Repco Bank in 1992. He hails from a middle class family and completed his studies at Vellore. He is basically a Science Graduate with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras. He has completed his PG Diploma in Computer Applications and a Diploma in AML & KYC. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

He is having more than 2 decades of rich experience in banking and worked in different branches of Repco Bank in various capacities. He is proficient in branch management, credit and managing non-performing assets. He has headed the branches with various business ranges and established himself as a successful Manager.

At Head Office, he has contributed in various areas like Inspection, Premises, Procurement, Industrial Relations and Vigilance.

Presently he is the Chief Vigilance Officer of the Bank appointed by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
